well i tried too register a account and it says cant connect too host so i cant creat a account

Did you read the connection guide for non-hamachi? The server is non-hamachi right now. Once you do read that, or if you already have try this.

Try to make an account again. If it doesn't work, then please tell.

Then, make sure you have edited your realmlist, set realmlist precisionwow.servegame.com
You must have WoW version 3.3.5a.
